  • 500g of tuna in slices
  • 3 medium onions
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 300ml of white wine
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

  1. We clean, cut and seal the tuna.First, we cleaned up the tuna and discard the skin and bones. Cut it into pieces of bite size and the season. Then, in a large pot over high heat, place a drizzle of oil. When hot, add the pieces of tuna. Let cook 1 minute on all sides, stirring occasionally to prevent from sticking.   3. After you add the vegetables, the cooked and washed down with white wine.Then, add the red pepper, the green onions, all cut in fine strips, and the garlic are finely chopped. What then season and leave to cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. After this time, add the white wine. Let the alcohol evaporate for 2 minutes and mix so that everything will integrate well.
  4. Add the potatoes, the cover, let it cook for about 20 minutes and we finished our tuna and onions with potatoes.This is done, add the potatoes that we had booked and what we cover. Let everything cook for 20 minutes, always keeping the medium heat and stir once in a while. If you see that it is dry, you can add a little water. After this time, add the pieces of tuna and let cook for 2 minutes more. We correct for salt and pepper, remove from heat and it’s ready to serve!
