The chicken wings in garlic sauce is a recipe typically from spain. It consists of the wings, the fried chicken on a flavoured olive oil with the garlic. In reality, it doesn’t have to be necessarily wings. You can use the thigh of the chicken or a few chicken breasts. But I personally prefer to do it with wings because there are not so dry as the breast, or takes so much time to cook as the thigh. But this is your choice. Now, let’s look at how to prepare the chicken wings al ajillo:

INGREDIENTS for 4 people:

  • About 20 chicken wings
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • salt and pimieta

1.- We cut and season the chicken wings and the garlic

2.- In a skillet wide, we put a good splash of olive oil over very soft and then cook the garlic in it. Do it very slowly because, we don’t want to take color. So we just want you to aromatize the oil

3.- After about 3 minutes, remove the garlic and reserve in a plate

4.- We climbed up the power of fire and fry the wings in olive oil is already flavored. I fry for about 10 minutes

5.- When it is fried, add the garlic that we had reserved before, and cook for about 15 seconds. Don’t most or if not it will burn and catch a taste very nasty!

6.- Add a glass of white wine and let cook for a couple of minutes. Evaporate the alcohol and mix well all the flavors

7.- Finally sprinkle with a little thyme and rosemary.

This is all there is to do to prepare the chicken wings al ajillo. Easy, fast and with ingredients to the scope all over the world. Try it!
