Chicken wings baked with garlic

In this case, instead of frying them, we’re going to proceed to cook, reducing by half its content in calories. This recipe is very rich and easy to make. And above all comfortable, because as we said, is cooking in the oven. In less than an hour you’ll have some delicious chicken wings in garlic sauce, prepared in the oven.

INGREDIENTS for 4 people:

  • 1kg of chicken wings
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • a little fresh parsley
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper


1.- In a mortar and pestle, put the cloves of garlic previously peeled and chopped, and crush together with the parsley.

2.- Add the olive oil and continue to crush to create the sauce that then maceraremos the chicken wings.

3.- In a large bowl, mix this sauce, with a glass of white wine and we add the wings already cleaned and cut. Mix well and let the mixture marinate for about 20 minutes, in the fridge, so that the wings are imbued well the flavor of the sauce.

4.- After this time has elapsed, put the chicken wings along with the sauce in a bowl and putting it all into the oven, previously heated to about 210ºC. Let it bake for about 25 minutes.

5.- After that time, we turn around to each wing and turn to enter it all in the oven. Let it cook another 25 minutes, until well browned.
